CANCELLATION:
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS:
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 49.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

DEPOSIT:
100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

AIR CONDITIONING:
the air conditioning is available from
1st June until the 21st September.
In case the temperatures are hight the a/c will be still available.
HEAT:
the heat is on from the 1st November until the 31st
March.
